All Sunbreros have a Sherpa fleece nose band for comfort, fit and to stop flies crawling up to their eyes.
An elasticized Velcro® closure allows the nose band to be firm enough to hold the mask in place and not wobble or rub yet allow unrestricted jaw movement for grazing.

SolarShield
The SolarShield is the flagship of Sunbrero with its full Nose Skirt. The optional block-out panels in the face area protect your horse from the sun just like a cap, sun glasses and a bandanna would for us. The lining or block-out areas shield the eyes from overhead and a narrow panel down the middle of the face protects the blaze area. The nose skirt can be single or double thickness.
